An expensive inefficiency was hiding inside a day-to-day operational process. It surfaced not in a dashboard, but by watching how the work actually got done.

Product Management Intern. I owned the problem end to end: discovery, PRD, prototype, MVP scope and success metrics.

• Observed the workflow on-site to find where time and cost were being lost.
• Sized the opportunity: an automation solution projected to save $1.2M annually.

• Wrote the PRD and built a functional prototype with Claude and Cursor so senior leadership could see the idea working, not just read it. That won their buy-in.
• Worked with Design to turn the requirements into a Figma prototype.
• Worked with Engineering to narrow scope to 5 MVP features and resolve the key implementation trade-offs.
