01Problem
Built for the Airport Authority of India: travelers needed a better way through the airport, from flight status to finding their way inside the terminal.

03Discovery
- Started by identifying passenger pain points across the airport journey.
04Decisions & trade-offs
- Built an AI-powered mobile app for passengers with real-time flight and luggage status, hotel and cab bookings.
- Added augmented-reality navigation for indoor airport guidance.
- Built a companion web app for the authority.
05Outcome & metrics
- 1st place out of 100K at the Smart India Hackathon 2020, after a 6-round elimination process.
